The original 157 twist action ballpoint has a plain black cap end, and was available in the six colours shown here ( from top )

 

amber, blue, red, black, green and chocolate.

 

157 featured a sterling silver hallmarked clip, sterling silver mid band and chrome nose.

Ist generation 157 was available as a ballpoint or 0.7mm mechanical pencil in the six colours shown.
