Curtis Australia nibs

All our fountain pen nibs are hand finished in solid gold, or iridium tipped stainless. When you choose a fountain pen from one of our ranges, rest assured that the nib has been created to provide a high quality writing experience. Every nib is hand checked to ensure it has the right degree of flex—ours are very ‘forgiving’ nibs in that they suit a wide range of writing styles. Some of us write heavily, some lightly, some form their characters slowly, others more quickly. It doesn’t matter how you write, it’s what you write with that counts, and your Curtis nib will write beautifully.

 

Our nibs are made to the highest specifications, with our own unique design engraved on every one.

Ceramic Roller ball

Curtis brand roller ball refills are made with a precision ceramic ball that means the ink runs smoothly, and the colour stays consistent throughout the long life of the refill.

 

Ballpoint or Gel ink —you choose

Our ballpoint pens can be fitted with a Curtis standard ballpoint refill, or a Curtis gel ink refill in one of three colours, blue, black or red. Both types write superbly, with the gel refill writing in a more ‘liquid’ style.

 

Inks

Curtis Australia ink cartridges are the most convenient way to keep your fountain pen filled. Many of our pens can store a spare cartridge in the barrel ready to use, saving you the problem of running out of ink. Cartridges are clean and simple to use, and available in blue, black and red.  We recommend that you use genuine Curtis cartridges in your pen.

Convertors are available for your choice of bottled inks—just ask your retailer.

 

Refills

Every ‘Curtis Australia’ brand refill is filled with our specially formulated inks. This is important to you because it guarantees your pen will write the same way as when you bought it, with a smooth ink flow and consistent colour.

 

Resins

Pens like our 157 and Classic Series have Italian resin bodies. Resin is a great material for our pens, it is colourful, durable and goes beautifully with solid silver and gold. All our resin pens are precision made from Italian resin here in Australia. No two pens are exactly the same, as each is made from a uniquely formed piece of resin. With lots of vibrant colours to choose from, a Curtis Australia pen really will enrich your life.
